TERMS & CONDITIONS ​

Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers (SKJ DigiGold) ​

1. Acceptance of Terms ​By accessing or using the SKJ DigiGold website, mobile application, or any digital services including DigiGold and DigiSilver, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Anti-Fraud Policy. If the user does not agree, they must discontinue using the services immediately. ​

2. Services Provided ​Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers provides the following services: ​Online and offline jewellery purchase. ​DigiGold and DigiSilver Savings Services. ​Important Notice: This is primarily a Savings App. Digital Gold/Silver purchased on the app can ONLY be used to manufacture or purchase physical jewellery from Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers.

​3. User Eligibility ​Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to use SKJ DigiGold services. ​

4. Account Registration and Security ​Users must provide accurate, complete, and valid personal information. ​Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, MPIN, and OTP.

​5. DigiGold / DigiSilver Purchase ​Purchases will be executed at the prevailing Live Market Rate on the date of the transaction. ​Purchased gold/silver will reflect in the user’s digital wallet as "Savings." ​

6. Redemption for Jewellery Making (Primary Condition) ​Mandatory Use: DigiGold/DigiSilver accumulated in the app can ONLY be redeemed for the purpose of manufacturing or purchasing physical jewellery at Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers. ​48-Hour Rule: Digital gold/silver can be redeemed for jewellery only after a minimum of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time of purchase. ​

7. 'No-Sell' (Closure of Buy-Back) Policy ​Restriction on Cash Payout: The facility to sell DigiGold/DigiSilver back to the platform for a bank account payout (Sell to Bank) is completely disabled. ​Users explicitly understand that this is a Savings Scheme, and the accumulated balance cannot be converted into cash; it can only be converted into physical jewellery.

​8. Anti-Fraud Policy ​In case of suspicious or abnormal transactions, SKJ DigiGold reserves the right to hold transactions, request additional KYC verification, or suspend the user account. ​

9. Intellectual Property Rights ​All content, logos, designs, and software related to SKJ DigiGold are the exclusive property of Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. ​

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction ​These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barmer, Rajasthan. ​
