Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers (SKJ DigiGold)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SKJ DigiGold website, mobile application, or any digital services including DigiGold, DigiSilver, and online jewellery purchases, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Anti-Fraud Policy. If the user does not agree, they must discontinue using the services.

2. Services Provided

Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers provides the following services:

Online and offline jewellery purchase

DigiGold and DigiSilver savings services

Digital services related to buying, managing, redeeming, or selling gold and silver

All services are subject to availability and internal policies and may be modified from time to time.

3. User Eligibility

Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to use SKJ DigiGold services.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate, complete, and valid personal information.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, MPIN, OTP, and account activity.

Any unauthorized use or security breach must be reported immediately to SKJ DigiGold.

5. DigiGold / DigiSilver Purchase

DigiGold and DigiSilver can be purchased through the SKJ DigiGold app or website.

Purchases will be executed at the prevailing live market rate on the date of transaction.

Purchased digital gold/silver will be reflected in the user’s account.

6. Redemption for Jewellery Making (48-Hour Rule)

DigiGold can be redeemed only after a minimum of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of purchase for the purpose of physical jewellery manufacturing.

This redemption facility is strictly limited to jewellery making at Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers.

Redemption shall be processed as per the app and store guidelines.

7. Sell & Bank Payout Locking Period (1 Month)

To sell DigiGold and receive payment directly into a bank account, a minimum locking period of 1 (one) month from the date of purchase shall apply.

During the locking period, sell requests for bank payout will not be accepted.

Sell requests will be processed only after completion of the 1-month locking period.

8. Anti-Fraud Policy Linkage

The 48-hour restriction and 1-month locking period are implemented to prevent fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, payment reversals, rapid buy-sell cycling, and multi-account misuse.

In case of suspicious, abnormal, or potentially fraudulent transactions, SKJ DigiGold reserves the right to:

Request additional KYC or verification

Temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the user account

9. Orders and Payments

All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways only.

SKJ DigiGold reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or transaction in case of technical errors, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, designs, graphics, trademarks, and software related to SKJ DigiGold are the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Kapaleshwar Jewellers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Except where required by applicable law, SKJ DigiGold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including financial loss, data loss, or system downtime.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

SKJ DigiGold reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with SKJ DigiGold services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barmer, Rajasthan.

14. Modification of Terms

SKJ DigiGold reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
